You will receive the fastest response time by contacting us through our contact email form on our site. We have dedicated staff waiting to respond to you so you won’t be forever waiting!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders received by 1:00pm AEST (Sydney time) on Business Days (excluding NSW Public Holidays/ unforeseen delays) will be dispatched the same day. All orders which arrive after this time will go out the next available Business Day.
How long does delivery usually take?
FREE SHIPPING OPTION: 2 – 7 Business Days from dispatch
STANDARD DELIVERY: 2 - 7 Business Days from dispatch
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1 – 2 Business Days from dispatch (your postcode must be part of the Express Post network to take advantage of these Express times). Please note delays in the Australia Post network due to the pandemic may impact delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL: 3 – 10 days

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney NSW Australia.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on EVERY Australian order. Our Free Shipping option is shipped by Australia Post eParcel or local courier.
EXPRESS SHIPPING FLAT RATE $5.95 – our Express Shipping service using Australia Post eparcel Express is a flat rate of $5.95 no matter how much you order.
INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE - shipped with DHL Global Mail
NEW ZEALAND/ USA/ UK/ ASIA/ REST OF THE WORLD - $9.95
What Payment options do you accept?

Loopys Towels accepts the following Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX) through the secure Eway Payment system. Payment is taken at time of order and a receipt and invoice along with order confirmation is issued through email immediately after. The Company name you will see on your statement is our parent company PECKA PRO
PayPal
Loopys Towels accepts payments through PayPal (we accept payment via PayPal balance or you can pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account by using your credit card). Please note buyers choosing to pay with PayPal echeque payments (where you have no funds in your PayPal account and your PayPal account is not linked to a credit card but instead your bank account) we do not receive the payment for five days so we must wait until echeque payments are cleared before your order can be dispatched. We recommend never paying by echeque payments because of the long delay which unfortunately we have no control over.
Do you have a shop front?
We are an online store only. We try to show as many images as possible of our wonderful towels, all images are of our actual products so what you see is what you will receive so to speak.
Do you have an overnight service for last minute orders?
YES but please read carefully to our Terms and Conditions on Express/ Overnight delivery in our shipping section.

What should I do if my Loopys Towel pulls a thread?
If you happen to pull a loop and a thread becomes loose cut it off with scissors. A pulled loop will not unravel a Loopys Turkish Towel because of their special woven design.
How should I wash my Loopys?
Loopys Towels can be machine or hand washed in cold water. Do not bleach your Loopys Towel and steer clear of all fabric softeners as they contain silicone which can make Turkish Towels water repellant
Should I wash my Loopys before use?
Loopys Towels don't need to be washed before use but don't forget the more you wash and use your Loopys, the softer and more absorbent it becomes.
